// SERVICES / MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT
Yourbusinessineverypocket.
Mobile app infrastructure on the platform that fits your complexity and budget — FlutterFlow, React Native, or a lightweight progressive web app — reviewed by the same person on every build.
// THE DIAGNOSTIC
Most businesses don't lose mobile customers to a bad product.
They lose them before the product is ever opened — because there's no app icon competing for the tap. Every gap below is fixable before launch.
- No app icon on the home screen while app-first competitors get opened first
- Booking or ordering squeezed into a mobile browser instead of built for a phone
- No push notification channel — every re-engagement depends on email or ads
- Customer and order data split across tools with no single source of truth
- A native or cross-platform app matched to your complexity and budget
- Booking, ordering, or your core action built for a phone, not squeezed into one
- Push notification infrastructure live from day one, not bolted on later
- One Supabase backend feeding your app, your admin panel, and your CRM
// THE PLATFORMS
Three platforms. One honest recommendation.
We build on all three — the platform gets matched to your complexity and budget, not to whichever is easiest for us to sell.
FlutterFlow
- Single codebase deploys to iOS and Android from the same build
- Visual development keeps cost and timeline tighter than fully custom code
- Runs on the same Supabase backend as the rest of your infrastructure
- The only platform available across all three tiers, Capsule through Station
React Native
- Full custom code — no visual-builder ceiling on functionality
- Best fit for advanced booking, multi-role permissions, or real-time features
- Built on Expo, deployed to both app stores from a single codebase
- Available from Shuttle tier up, once a build outgrows a visual builder
PWA
- A Progressive Web App — installs straight from the browser, no App Store required
- The fastest path to a live, testable product
- No Apple Developer or Google Play account needed to launch
- The entry point at Capsule tier when a lighter build fits your budget
// AT A GLANCE
How the three compare.
A quick-reference view of where each platform is strongest — the full case for each is above.

// THE INVESTMENT
Scoped to your app, not a flat rate.
Every build is priced against the same three tiers — the platform and feature set change, the structure doesn't.
- 3–5 screens on a single platform — iOS or Android
- Custom UI matched to your brand, push notifications built in
- Firebase Analytics + Crashlytics, App Store listing and submission
- 2 revision rounds · 30-min training · 14-day post-launch support
- 8–12 screens, cross-platform on iOS AND Android
- User authentication, booking or scheduling, and Stripe payments
- Web-based admin panel plus offline mode
- 3 revision rounds · 1-hour training · 30-day post-launch support
- 15+ screens with advanced user roles and real-time features
- Full in-app commerce — cart, checkout, and order tracking
- Multi-location support, loyalty program, custom API integrations
- 5+ revision rounds · 2+ hours training · 60-day post-launch support
Investment ranges reflect typical scope per tier — your final quote is confirmed during your Discovery Call based on screens, features, and platform. Apple Developer ($99/yr) and Google Play ($25 one-time) accounts are billed directly by the platform and are separate from this investment.
// AFTER LAUNCH
Your post-launch window ends. Your app doesn't stop needing hosting.
Every build ships with 14–60 days of post-launch support depending on tier. After that window closes, your app still needs backend hosting, security patching, and one accountable person keeping it live. That's the Care Plan.
- Backend hosting, uptime monitoring, security patching
- Over-the-air update delivery
- 30-minute reactive support window
- Everything in Infrastructure & Uptime
- 2 hours of monthly update bandwidth — content edits, minor fixes, admin support
- Priority response on any operational issue
- Everything in Care Plan Standard
- 4 hours of monthly update bandwidth
- Guaranteed SLA response window + quarterly roadmap check-in
Included hours do not roll over month to month. Work beyond your monthly allotment deploys as a Development Block — 5 hours / $600, approved before execution. New features, screens, or integrations are always scoped and quoted separately. Plans activate the first full month after launch; invoiced on the 25th, due by the 1st, on auto-pay.
// HOW IT RUNS
Every project, five stages.
The same sequence regardless of platform or tier — condensed here from the full phase system running inside Command Center.
Discovery & Proposal
Platform, tier, and investment defined and signed off before a single screen is designed.
Assets & Architecture
Brand assets and content collected; screen inventory and navigation mapped before build work starts.
Build
Your assigned Guild mobile specialist builds the screens, backend, and integrations on your chosen platform.
QA & Review
Every screen tested on real iOS and Android devices, with a structured review build sent before you see it.
Launch & Support
App Store and Google Play submission handled end to end, plus a defined post-launch support window.

// FAQ
Questions we get before every build.
Capsule builds start at $3,500, Shuttle builds run $7,500–$12,000, and Station builds start at $15,000 for a full custom platform. Your exact investment is confirmed during your Discovery Call based on screens, platform, and features.
Capsule tier targets a single platform — iOS or Android, your choice. Shuttle and Station tier builds target both from the same codebase, so you launch on both stores at once.
More than most owners expect — booking systems, payment processing, push notifications, and real-time features all run on it today. It's our default platform across every tier. Fully custom, highly specialized functionality is where we move to React Native at Shuttle tier or above.
Timeline scales with screen count, platform, and revision rounds used. Your exact schedule is set at Discovery and tracked phase-by-phase inside Command Center, so you always know where the build stands.
Apps need attention after launch — OS updates, app store policy changes, and bug fixes don't stop the day you go live. Every build ships with 14–60 days of post-launch support; after that, a Care Plan covers hosting, monitoring, and security patching, starting at $149/month. Full breakdown is in the After Launch section above.
Yes. Listing copy, screenshots, review monitoring, and any resubmission after feedback are part of every build — not left for you to navigate alone after handoff.
Training and Command Center access are built for day-to-day management — monitoring metrics, minor content changes. New features or screens are available as a Small Mission or through a Membership plan.
