1. A Legal Disclaimer

Welcome to Tech by Dimitri ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.techbydimitri.com (the "Site") and your purchase or use of our services, including but not limited to Web Development Memberships, SEO services, Digital Marketing, and Consulting (collectively, "Services").

By accessing this Site or purchasing Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

2. Services & Scope of Work

2.1 Web Development Membership

Our Web Development Membership provides access to professional development services tailored specifically to Wix Studio.

  • Inclusions: Services are strictly limited to the native features and capabilities of the Wix Studio platform.

  • Exclusions: This membership does not include custom coding (JavaScript, Velo, etc.), complex external API integrations, or third-party app development beyond standard configurations.

  • Hours: Development hours are allotted per month based on your selected tier. Unused hours [do/do not] roll over to the next month.


2.2 SEO & Marketing Services

Services regarding Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and Social Media Management are performed to best industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic numbers, or ad performance, as these are controlled by third-party algorithms (Google, Facebook, etc.).

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

3.1 Billing Cycle

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

3.2 Cancellation

  • Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be requested at least [Number] days before your renewal date.

  • PPC/Ad Campaigns: Certain services, such as PPC Management, may require a minimum commitment (e.g., 12 months) as stated in your specific service agreement.

 

3.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and time-based labor, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or for unused membership hours.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary assets (text, images, credentials) required for us to complete your work in a timely manner. Delays caused by a lack of assets or feedback from the Client are not the responsibility of Tech by Dimitri.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the final designs and website content created for you. However, Tech by Dimitri retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Tech by Dimitri retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, pre-existing code, or templates used.
